You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund minus $10 shipping costs.
Please note that any additional shipping costs you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is not refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, or wrong address, unless we made a mistake.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems (15 business days after receiving your order)
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Refunds (15 business days after receiving your order)
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
